Mason Turns 2 and His Stats

Mason turned 2 on Friday. He had quite the birthday adventure. Friday, I brought mini-cupcakes to school. He got to come home early from school and see Grandma and Grandpa Sladky before walking over to Miller's school to pick him up. Friday was filled with opening presents, playing with new toys and having more cake at home.

Saturday we prepped for the party and had a nice dinner at Rock and Roll Ribs. Mason and Miller were good eaters and well behaved at the restaurant.

Sunday was Mason's party with friends. He is in L.O.V.E. with Thomas the Train so we were able to repurpose a few old decorations from Miller's 2 year old party and expand on the theme a little. He is one spoiled boy. His friends and family are very generous. Thank you! Even though it was a pool party; mother nature had another plan. Instead, the kids ran around the house and practiced screaming. We caught Miller and Caleb chillin' in his own room playing trains and then Norah popped in to start a rock band. We had more cake and then had to call it a night since it was a school night.

We kicked Monday off with a trip to the doctor for his 2 year old checkup. New stats:

Height: 38 inches (> 97%)
Weight: 33lbs and 13 oz (96%) (he lost a little weight since our last visit)

Again, he's the size of the average 3 year old. No concerns. He's growing like a little boy should. He had a finger prick and the little bubble test and didn't say a peep. He did cry during his two shots but only briefly. I am glad he was so brave; I hate when they cry.

I was too lazy to edit in line so here are the pics to go with above details.

Adorable pics. I especially like the one with the mini cupcake. He's holding it so delicately!
