Walking and talking

Does talking while you are walking increase the difficulty of your exercise routine? If so...I should be in top notch shape. I can cover a lot of topics during a 4 mile walk. The hubby should be thanking my walking partner he doesn't have to listen to me.

The walking is good for the body and the talking is good for the mind and soul -- helps us relieve stress.

You burn on average 72 calories a hour just talking so you have that going for you also :) (sheryl)

Seriously!!!! 72 calories? I should be a thin model based on how much talking I do!
