Arm Issue

Today my arm was bugging me by the end of my run. I have a case of the flabby arm rubbing against my bouncing boobs. Not much more I can do about the boobs-they are strapped in as much as I can control without resorting to duct tape. Looks like some arm toning is in store.

In the meantime, any tips for inner arms rubbing against clothes? I have a regular bra, sports bra, and a tight tank on so it's not a loose clothing issue.

That happens no matter the shape/tone of your arm: That's a prime rubbing/chafing spot. Body Glide, Vaseline, Aquaphor, your choice. They are your friends and your guard against chafing.

Guess I can put the giant tub of vaseline to use (from when the babies were little) and Mason's left over aquaphor to start with.

Yeah, those work, but I do recommend Body Glide over those two. Vaseline, etc work great, but they are thick and can feel gross. Body Glide, however, is like the feel of deodorant, so it prevents the chafing without getting all gooped up.

Maybe try a different shirt. One with sleeves instead of a tank top. Also add strength training. Especially tricep dips. Im working on my arm flab as well! But I've never had a chaffing problem- I wear a tight fit tshirt tho and not a tank.
