Hello and welcome to my blog. I originally started this blog during my master's program to have discussion about education. Since I am finished with my degree and work in higher education, I have changed my focus to give updates about my family, my thoughts, and my rants.
I put in my 40 hours plus some before noon today at work since Sunday. That can explain my lack of email and posting over the last three days. When I leave work after I am normally in bed (and I don't mean the nights I fall asleep at 8pm on the couch) that really makes me cranky. I am glad I didn't apply to teach and get a class this term. No time.

It is funny to be asked to write about myself. I would love to write something witty but nothing is coming to mind. I will update this area once I get in the flow of being a "blogger."

40 hours is too many to work in three days. You should get the rest of the week off.
I agree but guess what, it's not going to happen. Thanks for listening to my whine last night.
Do you get salary or overtime with that? I've been lucky to get 40hrs in lately with sick kids and dr visits.
I am a salaried slave manager-no extra pay and no comp time. Donating the company. I now work for about 2 cents an hour after today.
