15 Month Stats

Miller had his 15 month checkup today. Stats:

Height: 34 5/8 inches (off the charts)
Weight: 28 lbs (90th percentile)

He is ahead on words, doing great with motor skills, and was showing off for the doctor. Shots...he did ok but we took his flavored tongue depressors away to get him dressed and you would have thought we were stabbing him with hot pins. I had the pleasure of a 25 minute drive home with him screaming like a banchee. 25 minutes=raining to the point you couldn't see 5 inches in front of your nose. Argh!

Oh and Grandmas Jean and Joann; he had his first flu shot. It's not for the swine flu. Since it was his first, I get to do it all over again next month while Ryan is duck hunting for the second round. Lucky me.

They taste like a popsicle stick after you eat the popsicle. :) I tested them out. LOL!

What are flavored tongue depressors for? Other than tongue depressing I mean?

They are a fabulous distraction when at the doctor because you can suck on them, lick them, or wave them around like drum sticks.

Glad the doctor's visit went well-minus the ride home, of course. Bet you have lots more patience now than a year or two ago!
